Our co-working spaces offer a range of facilities, including high-speed internet, printing and scanning services, private meeting rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. All of our locations offer virtual mailboxes, mail forwarding and mail scanning. We also have day offices and meeting rooms available by the hour which can be booked from our online calendar.

 With offices in premier locations, 123Offices.com is easily accessible by public transport and offers a range of nearby amenities, including cafes, restaurants, and shops. Our prime locations allow you to work in a vibrant and dynamic environment. For remote workers, sign up online to use our virtual mailboxes, and have your mail forwarded or scanned to you by our team.

A Virtual Office offers flexibility, significant cost savings, and access to a prestigious Business Address. You’ll also have professional services like Mail Forwarding and access to meeting rooms when needed, making it an ideal solution for startups, remote businesses, and freelancers.

Yes, our Virtual Office packages include access to booking meeting rooms in most of our locations, based on availability. You can book them as needed for important client meetings, team collaborations, or presentations.

We offer flexible contract terms for our Virtual Office services to meet your needs. All of our virtual office plans are on month to month terms. Cancel anytime with a one month notice. Plans end on the last day of the following calendar month. 

Setting up your Virtual Office is quick and hassle-free. Once you sign up, you can start using your new Business Address almost immediately, and your mail  service will begin within 24 hours after we receive your signed CMRA 1583 Form which can be notarized online from the convenience of your home using our online notary vendor, NotaryCam. You will receive the online notary link after you select your plan and check out. 

Yes, you can easily upgrade your Virtual Office package at any time to include additional services such as phone answering, dedicated workspace, or enhanced meeting room access. Please contact us for availability as soon as possible. 

Our Virtual Office packages typically include a Business Address, Virtual Mailbox, Mail Forwarding, and access to booking meeting rooms for an additional fee. Additional services like phone answering and dedicated office space are also available at some locations. Please refer to our specific plans for detailed information and contact us for availability.
